Enroll in a PHLpreK — or any free, publicly funded high-quality preschool program for the 2026-27 or 2025-26 school year beginning January 20, 2026. Your family will be able to locate a site near you and apply for all free PreK seats in one place! For more information about applying, please visit “How to Apply”. For all additional questions, please call 1-844-745-7735. All children who are 3 or 4 by September 1, 2026 and reside in Philadelphia County are eligible for the 2026-27 school year. All children who are 3 or 4 by September 1, 2025 and reside in Philadelphia County are eligible for the current (2025-26) school year.
