Who Are CCPN Members?

Early learning and education staff, directors, students, advocates, community stakeholder organizations, and more join our network as we work together toward improving the quality, affordability, and accessibility of early childhood care and education. We also provide support and resources for the professionals who work in the field so they can stay informed, trained, and qualified.

How Do I Join?

Whether you are a new member or renewing your current membership, you can fill out the application below. Membership is $75.00 for one year, you will be able to pay online after filling out the application. For early learning centers, membership is for a single site. Multi-site early learning programs are encouraged to purchase a separate membership for each site. Once approved:

  • You will be added to our email list and will begin receiving updates immediately.

Membership year runs from January 1 to December 31. If your contact info changes during your membership period, please let us know so that we can update it.

What Are the Membership Benefits?

We host meetings open to all members 4 times a year. We bring together directors, staff, and community stakeholders to discuss changes and areas of assistance needed in the ECE field.

Community Connections

CCPN has connections with OCDEL, PA KEYS, Keystone STARS, local ELRCs, Intermediate Units, colleges, and advocacy organizations in order to work together for the benefit of the ECE field.

PQAS Training

We work with certified PQAS instructors to provide on-site professional development training, including First Aid/CPR, Fire Safety Training, and more.

Our Resource Center is available to provide information, resources, trainings, and more, specifically for early childhood professionals. Members can borrow items for use in their centers.

Events & Conferences

Our network receives priority notice of ECE Conferences, Directors' Forums, special functions, and all professional development opportunities; from both CCPN and partners.

Job Postings

CCPN receives resumes from people looking for jobs in child care and education. We distribute job candidate info to our network. We also distribute job postings to job seekers.

Professional Recognition

We are recognized by Keystone STARS and The Council for Professional Development. Being a member fulfills certain Keystone STARS requirements.

CDA & College Credit

CCPN has articulation agreements with multiple local colleges to provide college credit for CDAs, making it easier to transfer to an AA or BA program.

Have A Voice

It's no secret there's strength in numbers. Being a part of an expansive network of child care professionals is able to make a bigger difference when working toward progress in ECE.
