Membership Application

General Information

This application is for new or renewing members. Membership fee is $75.00 for one year (Jan 1-Dec 31). If you are an early learning program: Membership is for a single site. Multi-site early learning programs are encouraged to purchase a separate membership for each site to receive full membership benefits. Two email addresses per membership are able to be added to our email list. For individual sites with more than 20 staff, additional cards can be purchased at $3.00 each.
