Membership Application

General Information

This application is for new or renewing members. Membership fee is $75.00 for one year (Jan 1-Dec 31). If you are an early learning center: Membership is for a single site. Multi-site early learning programs are encouraged to purchase a separate membership for each site to receive full membership benefits. For each membership, two contact persons are able to receive full membership benefits (e.g. email blasts; direct invitation to events and trainings; 20 membership cards; etc.) on behalf of their program. For individual sites with more than 20 staff, additional cards can be purchased at $3.00 ea.
